Hi, I’m Amber Leigh. I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach. I created Nutrition Ignited (a client-first approach to coaching) to help women balance their hormones, lose weight sustainably, and feel confident in their bodies.

Before I was coaching women, I was right where you are now. I felt exhausted all the time. I felt frustrated with my body. I felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there. I tried quick fixes that never lasted and so many diets that weren’t sustainable.

When I realized I needed to figure out what my body really needed, that’s when everything shifted for me, and it’s why I do this work today: to help other women find a plan that actually fits into their lives and lasts!

For five years I’ve helped women, who feel frustrated and stuck, stop guessing about what they can eat and start using simple, proven strategies that actually work. Real change is not about more rules. It’s more about having the right plan, tailored to you.
